Food Vendor Application
All Vendors are responsible for their own power*, lights and set up. Please be sure to read the rules and regulations below before registering.

beware of scams!
It has been brought to our attention that there are several ways that people are trying to scam our valued vendors. Please note the following:
- This webpage is the ONLY place to sign up as a vendor for Montgomery Fall Fest on 10/4/25. Be sure the URL in your browser reads: montgomeryfallfest.com/vendors. If it’s anything else, check with us.
- All of our staff have @charliediggs.com email addresses. Do not trust any other email adderss.
- We will never tell you to message us in the comment section of a social media post to sign up. ALL of those are scammers.
- With our set-up, you pay when you sign up through the form. We will never ask you to send us money via Zelle, CashApp, Venmo or PayPal. If we do need to collect additional funds from you, we will send an invoice.

Note on Food Vendors:
To ensure a variety of food options, food vendors will go through an application process. If accepted, the food vendor will be notified and sent an invoice. The payment will be due within two business days of the invoice being sent. If the payment is not made, the event organizers reserve the right to cancel the invoice and open the spot to another applicant.
Note on Alcohol Vendors:
We have a bar service that we work with. We are not able to allow any other alcohol vendor.
Note on Retail Vendors:
Retail vendors may register and pay online to secure their spots. In the event a vendor cannot be accepted, a full refund will be promptly issued.

Space can be up to 10×30, food trucks and trailers welcome. Additional space needed may require an additional fee.
All food vendors selling a meal must register in this category.
Includes 4 GA Wristbands for workers
Snack vendors
$275
Space can be up to 10×20. Additional space needed may require an additional fee.
Vendors in this catagory may not sell entree items.
Includes 3 GA Wristbands for workers

WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCEPT ANY VENDORS OFFERING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES!
*If you register and pay for a vendor type that is listed on the “cannot accept” list, you will be offered the opportunity to offer different products, or a refund minus a 5% processing fee. If you register before the list was updated and we cannot accept you for any reason, you will receive a full refund. Additionally, if you need to cancel for any reason more than 30 days prior to the event, you will be refuned minus a 5% processing fee. Cancelations less than 30 days out will be handled on a case by case basis and may only be entitle to a partial refund.
